Big Cryptic 1: Cycle Around Arby's

Here's my first full-size cryptic! I tried writing these clues with misleading definitions in mind, particularly with many of the shorter entries. It turned out that as a result I've got a lot of proper nouns in my clues! Most of them should be approachable, but there's a few here and there that I'd say are pretty tricky.
